Our home boasts a fenced yard, open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, & spacious screened lanai w/heated pool, grill, large covered lanai, pool bath & patio furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room w/smart tv, dining room (seats 6) large primary bedroom (king bed) with a full bath (double sinks & walk-in shower). Our guest suites are tucked away for privacy, boasting 1 twin trundle bed, comfortable bedding & large closet. The second guest suite offers a full bed, comfortable furnishings & a great spot to read or relax. The main bath is situated near the guest bedroom w/a shower/tub combo and access to the pool. We even have golf clubs! The laundry room is located near the garage with a full-size washer/dryer. Our home is a short ride to local beaches & Downtown Cape w/restaurants, local artisan shops, & entertainment. Pets must have final owner approval, due to allergies.

All potential residents over the age of 18 must complete our rental application which can be found on our website www.basoragroup.com , locate the tab on the left hand side of the page marked Rental Application. The approval process may take 3-5 business days, while we strive to expedite this process, incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information has been completed. A background check is required including eviction, criminal searches and credit inquiries. A holding deposit can be placed when turning in the application; this does not guarantee approval but does hold the home until we have final authorization. All fee's and cost pertaining to the move in process are located on the first page of our rental application. *Requirements and fees may be subject to change.
Homeowners & Condominium Associations may also require a separate application to be completed and approved before a resident may move in. All related costs are to be paid to that association,Basora Investment Group LLC., cannot guarantee association approval; please check with the property manager to review those documents.
Applicants with pets are required to provide a current photo of the animal, vaccination records and will be held to the requirements in our application. Not all properties will allow specific types, breeds or size, please complete all blanks in that section.
Please note that any lease less than a 6 month period would be subject to sales tax.
