Welcome to our Florida get-a-way! Leave the snow and stress behind and start your vacation today! Our home has been recently remodeled throughout and ready for guests. We comfortably sleep 6, allow pets ( with breed and size approval) and are located in a fantastic South Cape Coral location. There is a smart tv in the living room, and the master bedroom, also two local channels tvs in each bedroom. The guest bathroom has double sinks, and a shower/tub combination. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, linen closet and also boasts double sinks. Relax after a long day at the beach, golf course or collecting shells in the brand new hot tub. If you would like to bring your boat you can lease the boat lift out back ( make, model and proof of insurance is required on your vessel). This is a great neighborhood for walking, biking and pets. We do have quiet time after 10:00pm and request that all guests are courteous of the neighbors. Our home is mere minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico, Downtown Cape Coral and you will be able to enjoy the Yacht Club once fully renovated. A staple in our city since the 1960s, the Cape Coral Yacht Club will boast a ballroom, new beach area, yacht basin, swimming pool, tennis courts and more.

All potential residents over the age of 18 must complete our rental application which can be found on our website www.basoragroup.com , locate the tab on the left hand side of the page marked Rental Application. The approval process may take 3-5 business days, while we strive to expedite this process, incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information has been completed. A background check is required including eviction, criminal searches and credit inquiries. A holding deposit can be placed when turning in the application; this does not guarantee approval but does hold the home until we have final authorization. All fee's and cost pertaining to the move in process are located on the first page of our rental application. *Requirements and fees may be subject to change.
Homeowners & Condominium Associations may also require a separate application to be completed and approved before a resident may move in. All related costs are to be paid to that association,Basora Investment Group LLC., cannot guarantee association approval; please check with the property manager to review those documents.
Applicants with pets are required to provide a current photo of the animal, vaccination records and will be held to the requirements in our application. Not all properties will allow specific types, breeds or size, please complete all blanks in that section.
Please note that any lease less than a 6 month period would be subject to sales tax.
